By downloading, installing, or using ListSnap ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
ListSnap is a mobile application that allows users to capture, select, and manage media on their device.
The App is designed to operate locally on your device. Features and functionality may change as the App is updated.
Subject to these Terms, Tempered Systems grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ListSnap on devices that you own or control.
You may not:
ListSnap offers optional Pro features that can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase.
Payments are processed through Google Play. Tempered Systems does not collect or store your payment card details.
Your purchase grants access to the Pro features available in the version of the App you purchased, subject to these Terms.
Purchases, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to Google Play's applicable policies.
ListSnap processes your media files locally on your device.
You remain responsible for your photos, videos, and other content created, selected, or managed using the App.
You should maintain your own backups of important content. Tempered Systems cannot guarantee that content stored on your device will not be lost due to device failure, operating system issues, accidental deletion, or other circumstances outside our control.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of ListSnap at any time.
Updates may be provided to improve functionality, fix issues, or maintain compatibility with supported devices and operating systems.
ListSnap is provided on an "as available" basis.
While we aim to provide a reliable and useful application, we do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tempered Systems shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of content, or device-related issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be made available through our website. Continued use of ListSnap after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
